These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of WindowWorks (“WindowWorks,” “we,” “us”) to the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in to receive SMS messages from WindowWorks, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1) Program Description
Window Works offers two types of text messages. You may opt in to either or both:
- Transactional messages: quote request follow-up and responses to your inquiry, project consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and project updates.
- Promotional messages: special offers, discounts, and promotions from Window Works. You will receive these only if you separately opt in to promotional messages.
2) How You Opt In
You opt in by providing your mobile number on our website and checking the transactional SMS consent checkbox, the promotional SMS consent checkbox, or both, on our quote request form. These checkboxes are optional and are not checked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
3) Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request and interaction with WindowWorks.
4) Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5) Opt-Out (STOP)
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, you will receive one additional message confirming your opt-out and you will no longer receive SMS messages from WindowWorks unless you opt in again.

7) Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use or interact with the WindowWorks website and to opt in to receive SMS messages.

WindowWorks respects your privacy. We do not sell, share, trade, or give away personally identifiable information except with your consent or as required/permitted by law, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

9) Changes to These SMS Terms
WindowWorks may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated SMS Terms.
