Terms and Conditions: $15,000 Home Makeover Sweepstakes Contest Rules
No purchase is necessary to participate in this promotion, and you do not have to receive a sales presentation. Need not be present to win. Only one entry allowed per household. Winner’s name will be drawn on May 15, 2027. All entries received after May 15, 2027 will automatically be entered into the following year’s contest. Winner will be notified by telephone within 15 days of drawing date. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 3 days of sweepstakes notification or a new winner may be chosen. Acceptance of a prize will require a standard contract or purchase order for the goods and services to be provided, as required by state law. Winner may not transfer prize to any other person. Winning product must be installed at the address shown on winning entry form. A maximum retail value of $15,000 for any Window Works product will be awarded as prize. If winner purchases products from Window Works prior to drawing date, and wins this contest, winner will receive a refund for the cost of their installed product(s) up to $15,000. There is no cash value for this prize.
This promotion is only open to legal residents 18 years and older in Illinois who own their own home in a Window Works market. Homes cannot be mobile homes or over 3 stories in height. Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All liability for federal, state and other taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Contest is not open to employees, officers or directors of Window Works or their families. Window Works is not responsible for any illegible, misplaced, damaged or late entries. Duplicate entries will be discarded. Winner hereby agrees to the use of their name(s), photos of their home and personal photos for promotional purposes. Odds are based on the number of qualified entries received. By completing this entry and clicking “submit,” placing it in an entry box, or handing entry slip to a demonstrator the entrant(s) hereby grant Window Works permission to contact them by telephone at the telephone number listed for the purpose of verifying the entry as well as offering a free home energy audit and estimate. This promotion is void where prohibited by law. Window Works reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate this promotion without notice at any time.
