The salesperson, Stephen Millet was a very professional, polite person who showed excellent knowledge on his products. He asked questions on what we needed and checked out all the windows we wanted replaced and answered our questions without hesitation regarding replacement, costs, etc. He was very willing to discuss the prices and we came to an agreeable end and finished our meeting with a purchase.
