Love the windows and the door!
Our entire experience has been pleasant and professional. Gilles knows his product and helped steer us right. Initially we didn’t disclose that we were listing the house and this was the “last piece” & an unexpected need. Once that was shared, he really worked to help us make the best purchase. Love the door so much that I want to take it with lol. Our house did end up selling in 36 hours and I think the fresh curb appeal helped! We had many buyers comment about the gorgeous door and bright windows. Communication was great from Mimi, our concierge. I cannot recall the names of our installers, but holy crap! On a freezing January day, they were done with 17 windows and a door with sidelight in 11/2 the allotted time! Super clean and careful, which I appreciated since the carpet is new & paint is fresh. The first appointment was much longer than I anticipated, so that would have been nice to know. But that was the only minor issue.
