Love these windows! My only complaint was a very long sales presentation. I think he was a newer sales rep. He was very thorough! Another rep came to do final measurements. I said my bay window could be pushed out a little further if I was interested. I love the extra space! I was told a time frame for the windows to be built. The sales concierge contacted me to keep updated on the status and scheduling of install. The two installers did a great job, cleaned up and were friendly. The windows are very energy efficient so far. Have only experienced them in spring/summer. They do keep the warmth from the southern exposure out. I get the sunshine, but not the heat. Very pleased with every aspect of WindowWorks customer service, installers and product. Thank you
