The sales representative, Juan came out and discussed the windows and doors that I was interested in. Juan was very knowledgeable and professional at the home visit. The day that my windows were installed, They had their own inspection guy stop by to insure that the installation was going well. Juan, also stopped by to check on the installation process, and to insure that everything was up to my standards. Juan provided excellent customer service, along with the ladies in the customer service department.
