Excellent job

Hello. We are the Gonzalez family in Bradley, IL. We called My Window World in September of 2022 and met Juan, the salesman that was sent to meet with us to discuss getting some new windows. By the time that Juan had talked to us about the windows and their reputation and how the windows were good for life, we were sold and purchased our new windows. We were told that it would probably take 5-6 months to get them installed, but it is now the middle of November, just two months later, and our windows are being installed today by Andrew, the installer, who I have to say has done an extremely excellent job of installing our new windows. I also have to mention that I was truly surprised when we were told the price of all the windows, as well as the installation cost. I had an idea in my head about the price, but I was truly shocked when we were told the actual cost. We signed on the dotted line that first time after meeting with Juan. Anyway, I just wanted to say how happy we are with the job that My Window World has done and that we most definitely would recommend them to as many people as we can. Thank you, My Window World; a bigger thank you to Andrew for a job so very well done, and such gratitude and appreciation to Juan for doing such a great job in making us very excited and happy that we chose My Window World.
