The service team was very professional. Did a great job and cleaned up their areas well. Truly Blown Away!!
We had windows installed by Window Works a little over two years ago.. This winter we noticed condensation in between the double pane glass on a couple of our windows.. The fog was not inside or outside on the glass,, it could not be wiped away.. I immediately thought great here we go.. 🙄 I called window works and they asked what the problem was.. My customer service contact was Michelle and I couldn't be happier.. Michelle treated me like I was family!! I explained what was going on and Michelle asked me if she could sent me a link so that I could send her a couple of pictures of our problem.. Me being a natural cynic thought now the have begins.. She'll say she sent it and I'll never get it or I'll get it but she'll say she never got the pictures..I figured this will go on until one of us is tired.. Nope... Not at all the case.. I heard my text go off even before hanging up the phone with Michelle.. As we continued to talk I snapped a couple pics and sent them back and she had them before even hanging up the call..I was truly amazed.. Michelle told me she would get with someone from her team there to better diagnose the problem according the the info I gave her as well as the pics and get right back to me with a solution to our problem.. Michelle did exactly that!! Within no time at all Michelle had an amazing tech named Dave come out and replace the glass on 2 of our windows.. Dave was friendly,, professional and obviously seemed to know what he was doing.. Dave was in and out and we were back in business.. A short time later I noticed the same problem in another window and it was handled exactly the same way.. Window Works doesn't only talk the talk the walk the walk!! Window Works did everything they said the would do.. From our sales consultation right down to doing the right thing and standing by their product when we had a problem.. The second time a tech named Vova came out and again astounded us with his knowledge and level of overall service.. We have never been happier with an overall purchase and level of service like we received and continue to receive from the amazing staff over at Window Works.. I am Truly Blown Away and need to say if u decide to go somewhere else other than Window Works I can only wish you luck that any part of your experience not to mention overall is at least half as good as ours has been choosing Window Works.. Believe me when I tell you I really believe Window Works has our best interest in mind and truly go all out to make sure we feel like a valued customer!! Worth every penny!!
