Great service
We had 2 windows and a patio door installed on September24, but the screen and hardware were backordered until mid October. There were a few installation finishing items that needed to be completed along with the screen. Hector came to take care of those items. He did caulking in several places, replaced quarter round trim, reattached the cable wire, installed the proper hardware/lock and screen. He did all of those things expertly within an hour. He arrived right on time. He was so courteous and polite and SO skilled at everything he did. I would totally recommend Hector!
Outstanding service
My experience with window works representative Henry exceeded excellence. He was on time, conducted himself professionally and was very thorough in his delivery of information. Because of him I have no problem with recommending this company to others .
Door repair
My door trim warped I called Michele and she understood the problem and scheduled a repair immediately. Paul came out looked at problem ordered replacement trim. Michele kept me informed of the progress of order and an estimated date of repair. When trim came in Paul came out and replaced it. He did an excellent job and kept work site clean. You can't even tell work was done.
Installation Follow-up
Darnell and Verdell came to investigate a leak from the sill of newly installed windows. They did an outstanding job of discovering and correcting the source of the water leak. What a credit to Window Works to have two such fine men working for them👍
I wanted to give them 5 stars.
They took 8 weeks (Window Works) to install my sliding door, they said 4-8. The price was higher than I wanted, they came down. Three weeks later the lock would not latch, I was pissed (Saturday), sh't happens. They were here the following Tuesday, very professional, checked and adjusted both doors. They wanted a review when they first sold me the door, I said no. I didn't give them the 5th star, they earned it. SFC Vazquez, US Army (R)

The installers work very fast and efficiently, the work was completed before the estimated time. Greg stayed to oversee the entire installation.
